1. Provider & service
Provider: Leon Cwiertnia, Feuerkuhle 83, 28207 Bremen, Germany. Imagura generates AI images from text input against prepaid credits. Credits never expire. Generated images are not stored — downloading is the user's responsibility; once you leave the page the image is irretrievable.
2. Prices & payment
Credit packs as listed. All prices are final; no VAT is charged under the German small-business rule (§ 19 UStG). Payments are processed by Mollie B.V. The credit price of every image (depending on model and resolution, 480p to 4K) is shown before generation. If a generation fails, credits are refunded automatically.
3. Right of withdrawal (digital content)
By purchasing a credit pack you consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that the statutory right of withdrawal expires once the contract is fully performed or you start using the credits (EU Consumer Rights Directive). Unused credits are refunded on request as a courtesy.
4. Acceptable use & content
Illegal content, depictions of real persons without consent and content infringing third-party rights are prohibited. Model providers apply additional filters. Usage rights in generated images belong to the user, subject to the model licence (Black Forest Labs).
5. Liability
Unlimited liability for intent and gross negligence; otherwise only for breach of essential contractual duties, limited to foreseeable, typical damage. No warranty of uninterrupted availability.
